At AI Shift in Vienna, we were able to share practical insights into Copilot Studio itself and the governance needed around it.
During the breaks, we had many valuable conversations with participants about AI topics in general.
The event hosted by base-IT and Microsoft gave everyone a very practical look at how Copilot, Agents, and Microsoft Foundry fit together when moving from individual demos toward robust, production-ready implementations.
My Key Takeaway
The difference between a pilot and real impact often has nothing to do with model quality. It comes down to:
- Process integration
- Data quality
- Governance
- Continuous enablement within the team
The event did an excellent job of making exactly this gap visible.
